Math

close

info:

In his university science program in the 1970’s, Blair discovered that learning about how the computers worked was much more interesting than memorizing the Revealed Truth as taught in science class. After a few years of essentially self-directed learning, he left for a career in software design. Later, he discovered the wonder and beauty of science, and learned about it on his own time. Now retired from writing software, he has more time to study the philosophy of knowledge, the history of human development, and the physical sciences.

info:

I am an educator with a passion for words (and numbers). I love to read, I love to write, and I love to share my love of literature with others. I’ve spent the last two years teaching ESL, English Lit and Math in China. Now that I am back in Canada, I am taking the time to refocus and do some of the things I’ve always wanted to do – like working in a bookstore and finishing my first novel – before moving forward. I’m hoping to eventually complete two Master’s degrees – one in literature and one in education and curriculum studies – but who knows what the future will bring?

Scriptwriting

close

info:

HI, I’m Dustin! I come from a long background of video. Had started filming around the age of 12 years old. Through out high school took Media Productions courses, learning what it takes to make your own video’s as well as NEWS production. For post secondary I took Pre-Media and Scriptwriting. Scriptwriting course taught me various types of script and their formats as well as budgeting. Pre-Media brought my current film production team together by making friends with others who were interested in directing and cinematography. Since have made many shorts, movies, plays and learnt to act on stage. I wish to enhance my own skills in script aka teach to communicate knoledge. I believe I can reach the students with my fun, aware and open dialogue approach.
